LaVonne Norris has focused on commercial lines account management since joining the insurance industry in 2006 and has been a dedicated part of Cook Insurance’s commercial operation throughout her career. She manages the day-to-day needs of the agency’s business clients – handling certificate of insurance requests, policy endorsements, workers compensation audits, and mid-term coverage changes as businesses grow and evolve. Commercial insurance requires ongoing administration that goes well beyond the initial sale, and LaVonne ensures that the programmes Cook Insurance places work correctly in practice, not just on paper. When a business client needs something addressed quickly and accurately, she is the person who makes it happen.
